Customer service really has to improve, especially as it is the national telecommunications operator and its core business is about communication. When trying to solve a problem with our telephone line or account, it is a mission impossible! First you wait for a minute (if you lucky, sometimes even several) and then when you finally get hold of someone and explain your problem, they transfer you to the next department. After the 4th or 5th person, (each in a different department) you end up at the switch board again. Very time consuming as well as frustrating and at the end of the day you wasted 20 minutes plus without having solved the problem.
not that good waited 2 weeks for m internet to be set up..need some work.
very good customer service, they respond very fast to the customers complaints.. first hand experience..
